Sister Sadie was formed in 2013 after we played one show together for fun at The Station Inn in Nashville, TN. We had so much fun that night that we decided we wanted to do it more. Everyone still has their own bands and are very committed to them, however we are excited to bring this special configuration of musicians to you!! DaleAnn Bradley is 5 time IBMA Female Vocalist of the year & brings her beautiful heartfelt vocals to us, along with her special talent of finding songs from other genres and changing them to fit our style of music. For more information on DaleAnn or her band, please visit her website at http://www.daleann.com. Playing mandolin for Sister Sadie is none other than the very talented and soulful Tina Adair. Tina is such a powerful singer and musician & brings a youthful confidence to our group. For more information on Tina, you can visit her site at http://www.tinaadairband.com. Joining us on fiddle is the always charismatic Deanie Richardson. If you’ve never seen Deanie play live, you’re in for such a treat. She commands the stage like no other. Deanie is a full time member of Nashville favorites, The Likely Culprits. You can visit them at http://www.likelyculprits.com. Deanie has a busy schedule, as she also free lances with The Chieftains. On banjo, we have Gena Britt who comes from the great state of North Carolina and is currently free-lancing as well. Gena has played with several critically acclaimed bluegrass bands over the years & is known for her solid & tasteful banjo playing. You can find out more about Gena on her FB fanpage, Gena Britt Music at http://www.facebook.com/genabrittmusic. Go on over & ‘like” it. And last but certainly not least is Beth Lawrence on acoustic bass. Beth is well known & respected by her peers as a phenomenal bass player. Beth free-lances as well and brings a comedic element to our stage show! Put us all together and we’re SISTER SADIE. We can’t wait to share our music with you!!
